The extra mile

Are you a companion to a senior or a child? Did you join one of our city trips, or are you an activity volunteer at a care location? Then you follow the regular civic service (MDT) project.

An internship or intensive project is a deeper track for young people who want more responsibility and challenge. It offers extra development opportunities, guidance and social impact.

You put in around 150–200 hours, spread over 3 to 6 months. Your time is a mix of social contribution, guidance, training and reflection. You get more intensive support and often extra training (such as leadership or communication).

Write your thesis

You write your thesis on young people and social themes, in collaboration with Careibu. Your research directly contributes to real-world impact.

Content

Content creator

As a Content Creator you make content (such as videos, posts and stories) for Careibu and its projects. You help make young people's stories visible and contribute to social impact through social media.

C&C Stars (Coaching & Content)

You combine coaching with content: you help young people grow and turn their stories and experiences into inspiring content. A great mix of human contact and creativity.
