Coach and Trainer
As a coach and trainer at Careibu, you work on your own skills while contributing to a more social world. You guide young people in their volunteering, set up monthly training sessions, and become a buddy yourself to a senior or a child. You turn that experience into inspiring content.
You can join as a volunteer or an intern. 8-10 hours per week, flexible to schedule. Volunteer allowance: €180 per month.
What will you do?
- Set up and run monthly training sessions during the school year — in a small group, on topics such as setting goals, setting boundaries and making connection
- Give training sessions online or in Amsterdam
- Coach and guide young people through their volunteering journey
- Organise online coaching and peer-supervision sessions
- Become a buddy to a senior or a child near you
- Create content about your experience (blog, post or video)
- Handle planning and coordination with the team

What are we looking for in you?
- You're between 18 and 30 years old
- You're available for 8-10 hours per week (for at least half a year)
- You enjoy coaching young people and growing together
- You're not afraid to take initiative and connect easily with others
- You want to develop yourself in coaching, training and organising
- Volunteering experience is a nice bonus, but not a must
