The connector who keeps overview
Amanda is the team's secretary and care coordinator. She keeps overview, ensures agreements are kept and looks after the wellbeing of participants. She previously joined a Careibu trip herself as a young person.
The mood-maker
Bauke studies Leisure & Event Management and is the project lead. With his enthusiasm and feel for atmosphere, he makes sure young people and seniors quickly feel at ease.
The curious explorer
Irma studies psychobiology and is the treasurer. She keeps track of the budget and looks forward to the stories and connections between generations.
The enthusiastic organiser
Desiré handles communication: social media, website and graphic design. With her creativity, she brings the story behind the trip to life.

Larissa comes up with activities that create fun and connection. With structure and warmth, she contributes to a trip full of wonderful memories.
