I met wonderful people. From the bottom of my heart: thank you!

We walked together through Montmartre and really got talking. That's something you don't forget quickly.
This citytrip is part of MDT. You'll connect with seniors who enjoy being around people and learn to socialise outside your own bubble. Afterwards, you'll receive an MDT certificate.
Beforehand there's a mandatory online kick-off and introduction day in Amsterdam. During the trip there are mandatory activities you'll join, and you'll create content (text or images) about your experience. After the trip, there's an evaluation, a reunion, and you'll meet up in your own time with a senior from the trip.
Included is:
Around 10–15 seniors aged 60+ and around 30–35 young people join this trip. You’re still active, able to go away for a weekend without help, and curious about conversations with young people. There are also 2 trip leaders and 2 care companions present.
