What will you do?

As a Support Professional, you're the helping hand of our project coordinators. You make sure everything runs smoothly: from intake to the successful completion of trajectories, so that every young person, child or senior has a great experience. Initially, this role focuses on supporting our 1-on-1 buddy trajectories and city trips for young people and seniors.

A small part of your role is also being an all-round support for the team — helping out wherever needed with tasks that may vary.

Ensure great matches: welcoming young people, planning, organising and hosting intakes, warm follow-up, and matching with a suitable senior or child.
Keep information up to date: recording everything neatly in the system, monitoring progress, coordinating logbooks and guiding steps in the trajectory.
Support internship supervision: planning check-ins and evaluation conversations, and making sure forms are filled in on time.
Turn every young person into an ambassador: ensuring a valuable time at Careibu, inviting them to training sessions and outings, and exploring opportunities for maximum impact.

What we offer you

A contract for 0.4 to 0.8 FTE, with a salary of €3,150 to €3,500 gross (on a full-time basis).
Holiday allowance of 8% and 25 days of holiday leave for a full-time contract.
A temporary contract of at least 6 months.
