Ambachtscollege weekend
On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December, seniors teach crafts to young people.
About the project
A moment to connect with other generations while you learn from each other. 75 young people and 20 seniors spend two days together around five crafts. Seniors share their skill, and young people learn by making.
What's included?
- Three workshops of 2.5 hours: one on Saturday, two on Sunday. You can choose from 7 crafts: woodwork, textiles, back to nature, clay/ceramics/glass, metal and stone/paper/leather.
- Lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday
- An overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday

Who is it for?
For young people and seniors who want to meet each other and learn a craft. No experience needed.
Support
Each workshop is led by several experienced seniors. Someone from the Ambachtscollege team is always there. Before the weekend there is an online kick-off where you can ask your questions.

When is the Ambachtscollege weekend?
On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December, at Stayokay Soest. It lasts 2 days.
What does it cost?
39.95 euro per person for students, 59.95 euro per person for non-students. The selection email also includes a Tikkie link.
When will I hear whether I have been selected?
Within a week.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. You can say so in the form. You fill in the motivation together.
